Part 48 & Part 46 Training Plans

Complete all training required under OSHA and MSHA

Maintain all training files and ensure that all workers are current with training

Create and maintain all of the required files pertaining to OSHA and MSHA

Complete all training that may be required under EPA guidelines

Create and maintain files pertaining to environmental issues while on job site

If needed, provide site specific audits and inspections for jobs you currently have under contract and for future job opportunities

Testing for Health issues such as Hearing, Dust, Confined Space

Train your lead men on procedure for on-site accident/incident investigations

Handle worker comp claims and manage associated paperwork

Consult and advise EHS concerns, if sought, concerning future bids to possible clients
